Why you can't post under old discussion.
Now, sourceforge had a nice idea with the old forum format. However, it was not the best forum for a development community. That forum used the nobody/anonymous format. So that is the format all your old posts were transfered in. The old forum lacked organization (Which is bad for a development community), but the new forum is organized so you can get your answers quickly and effectively.
